Shipping

All orders will be shipped via UPS ground, fully insured, on the next Business Day. Once shipped, a shipping confirmation message will be sent and a tracking number provided. If you wish to expedite shipping, we will gladly do so for an additional charge. Please contact us at (831) 724-2118 or MelangeShop@aol.com to obtain the additional charge amount.

In Store Purchases

Returns and exchanges on unworn and unused merchandise are accepted on regular priced items within 7 days of purchase when accompanied by the original receipt. The merchandise must be in its original condition and packaging, with all tags attached. Please note that the purchase of Jewelry, including Watches, and Sale Items are a final sale.

Online Purchases

Melange will gladly accept returns on all unworn and unused regular priced merchandise within 7 days of delivery. The merchandise must be in its original condition and packaging (inner and outer boxes), with all tags attached, to receive a refund. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS.

When returning merchandise, it is highly recommended that the Buyer use an insured carrier as Melange will not be held responsible for missing, damaged or lost packages. Please note that the purchase of Jewelry, including Watches, and Sale Items are a final sale.

Refunds

Once your package is received by MelangeShop, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 1 business day. You will be notified via the email address on your account when this transaction has taken place.
